"This agent was ok until recently. My Dad has been trying to get into personal contact with him during the pandemic to make some changes to his policy and his staff refuse to put us into contact with him. I don’t understand what type of agent does not have contact with customers. If you have a concerned customer who wants to talk to you about an issue regarding their policy wouldn’t you take the time to at least get with them on the phone instead of consistently having your staff lie for you using the same lie after lie “Jorge is not in the office” “Jorge is out of town” “Jorge can’t talk to anyone”. Honestly blows my mind. I hate giving bad reviews because I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been driving me insane. At this point we are looking to cancel our policy and go elsewhere because we just want to address an issue with our policy with him directly as his staff hasn’t always been very helpful but our agent refuses to talk to us."

"It was great, I got a French manicure and it looked pretty good all though the paint was a little messy. I have also gotten sns done and it looked great. Service seems pretty good they are always able to get me in for a walk in, so I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be sat down with an employee. I totally recommend it they do a great job on your nails!"

The people who have switched are so happy and appreciative that I told them about State Farm, and the wonderful staff and Jorge Vidal."

"I switched from Allstate to Statefarm when I closed on my house. I called the agency to send proof of insurance to Allstate so they can cancel my policy. I thought this was taken care of until I recieved a letter from Allstate they will send my account to collections for non payment, not only that I recieved letters from NC DOT to show proof of insurance. I called and left message, called again and left message, I emailed Jorge and no email back. I called another local agent and they contacted this agent and someone finally returned my call. They sent me the FS1 instead of sending it to NC DOT, so I had to fax them. Since I had to do everything, I decided to just switch agent so I called again and finally someone answered my call. I had to wait for Jorge to call me back to approve my request. He calls me and asked why I wanted to switch, I told him what happened and I also wanted someone closer to home. Jorge said he was going to wait until after renewal offer sent to avoid confusion and delay, this was all BS. I have a right to request a change of agent, so I called corporate to request the change. They helped me but it has to be approved through him. I went to another agent to request change and was told the same, it has to be approved by him. I just got so frustrated so I cancelled my policy and I am glad to pay $28 more for 6 months just to get rid of him. The staff were friendly but Jorge doesn't return calls and lies for his benefit, I understand they get comission but he did not deserve it since he did not do anything for me."
